Airlaid's cloth-like bulk is what makes a 55 gsm napkin feel premium. We convert our own parent rolls, so we control the whole chain — fibre, embossing depth, fold sharpness and print registration — and pass the margin to you.

- Point-to-point embossing for maximum bulk and absorbency

Napkin Buying FAQ
What is the MOQ for custom printed napkins?
3 tonnes per design (covers plate and embossing roll set-up). Open patterns without printing can start from 1 tonne.
Can you match our current napkin's softness and bulk?
Yes — send us a physical sample. We measure bulk, embossing depth and absorption against it and return a counter-sample for approval.
Do you offer retail-ready packaging?
Yes: band-packs, printed polybags, display boxes and cartons with your barcode and multilingual labels.
