Products & Capabilities

One factory, four product families — all produced on the same dry-forming platform so quality stays consistent across your whole product line.

WHY GOOD HEALTH

Built for Demanding B2B Buyers

We are a focused airlaid specialist — not a trading company. You deal directly with the mill.

01

Imported M&J Dry-Forming Line

Danish-formed air-laying technology gives uniform fibre distribution, high bulk and textile-like softness that wet-laid lines cannot match.

02

7 Certifications in House

FDA food contact, FSC®, cytotoxicity, skin irritation, halogen-free, RoHS and biodegradability — audit-ready documentation for your compliance team.

03

Waterproof Laminating

In-house film lamination turns airlaid into a leak-proof table linen and underpad substrate — a grade most Chinese mills still import.

04

Full-Parameter QC

Metal contamination online detection plus gsm, thickness, whiteness, tensile and absorption testing at every roll.

05

Europe-Ready

FSC® chain-of-custody and EUDR-aligned due diligence statements make EU customs and retail audits painless.

06

OEM / Private Label

Custom gsm, embossing, logo printing and retail packaging from 3 tonnes upward.

QUESTIONS

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard 55/80/100 gsm airlaid rolls the MOQ is 1 tonne per spec. Custom gsm or embossing patterns start from 3 tonnes to cover the production set-up. Samples are always free — you only cover the courier.
Can you match a competitor's specification or a reference sample?
Yes. Send us the sample or the technical datasheet (gsm, thickness, tensile, absorption). Our lab will reverse-engineer the structure on the M&J line and send back a counter-sample for approval, usually within 7–10 working days.
What is the lead time?
15–20 days after deposit for standard items in production season, 25–30 days for custom embossing or laminated waterproof grades. Peak season (March–June) may add one week — we will confirm the exact date at order confirmation.
Which incoterms do you ship on?
FOB Shanghai, CIF, DAP and DDP are all available. We ship jumbo rolls in 20' containers (approx. 14–16 t) and folded/converted goods in 40' HQ. Full export documentation, FSC® certificates and EUDR-related due-diligence statements are provided with every shipment.
